Few designers have had such remarkable success in such short time as Luella Bartley. Originally a journalist, Bartley worked her way up to a job at the British Vogue. After only a year and a half with the famous magazine she decided to start her own fashion label. With collection titles such as ‘Daddy I Want a Pony’ and ‘Dad Who Are the Clash’ she soon got the attention of the fashion world, leading to successful collaborations with already established fashion labels. 2006 Luella has received two awards for “Designer of the year” from Elle and Glamour Magazine.
